DS series
The DS series deep-type bucket elevator is a mechanical device widely used for vertically or inclined conveying of powdered, granular, and small lump materials. Its core component is the deep-type bucket, which features a unique design with a larger bucket depth, effectively preventing material spillage during the lifting process and ensuring conveying efficiency. The equipment typically consists of a driving device, traction components (such as chains or belts), buckets, casing, and a tensioning device, making it suitable for material conveying needs in various industries such as grain, chemical, building materials, and metallurgy.
Deep-type bucket elevators can be divided into high-speed and low-speed types based on their operating speeds: the high-speed type is suitable for lightweight, free-flowing materials like grains and flour, while the low-speed type is ideal for heavier or fragile materials such as ores and coal. With its compact structure and small footprint, it can adapt to conveying requirements at different heights, making it an indispensable material handling equipment in modern industrial production.
1. High Loading Efficiency: The deep bucket design increases material capacity, reduces backflow, and enhances conveying efficiency.
2. Stable Operation: High-strength traction components and precision drive systems ensure long-term stable performance, minimizing downtime.
3. Spill-Proof Design: The deep bucket structure effectively prevents material splashing or spillage during high-speed lifting, reducing waste and environmental contamination.
4. High Adaptability: Customizable buckets and casings (e.g., stainless steel, carbon steel) accommodate corrosive, high-temperature, or high-humidity environments.
5. Easy Maintenance: Modular design allows quick disassembly and replacement of key components, reducing downtime and boosting productivity.
1. Food Processing
Engineered for hygienic grain handling (wheat, rice, corn), our elevators feature food-grade materials and enclosed designs to prevent contamination while maximizing throughput – critical for meeting global food safety standards.
2. Chemical Industry
Specially formulated corrosion-resistant buckets and casings safely transport fertilizers, polymer pellets, and abrasive compounds, minimizing degradation even in aggressive chemical environments.
3. Mining & Metallurgy
Low-speed high-torque configurations preserve coal/ore integrity while moving bulk volumes, with wear-resistant components that slash replacement costs in high-abrasion applications.
4. Renewable Energy
Biomass pellet and waste-to-energy plants rely on our elevators' sealed designs for dust-free operation and continuous feed systems that optimize combustion efficiency.
Enterprise Value Proposition
By integrating deep bucket elevators into your operations, you gain:
15-30% higher capacity vs. standard elevators through optimized bucket geometry
Predictable maintenance cycles with our modular component system
Future-proof adaptability via customizable materials
