D-Type buckets are heavy-duty deep-style buckets developed by JINGWEI CONVEYOR, specifically designed for high-load agricultural and industrial material handling. Optimized from North American prototypes and incorporating domestic elevator structural features, these buckets are manufactured using high-strength polyethylene (PE) or reinforced nylon (PA), offering exceptional wear resistance, impact strength, and corrosion resistance.

As an upgraded and thickened version of the DS deep-type bucket, the D-Type is ideal for high-capacity, high-frequency material conveyance, including grains, feed, fertilizers, and mineral powders. Its deep-bucket design minimizes material spillage and enhances loading efficiency. Additionally, it is fully compatible with international HD/CC series buckets, allowing for easy replacement and interchangeability.

D&S Series Deep Type Bucket（HDPE & NYLON）

• D and S series belong to heavy agricultural type deep winnowing pan, also is the improvement of DS type deep winnowing pan thick.

• According to north American prototype bucket of this series, fully integrated domestic elevator design characteristics and our design concept.

• This series can be used with foreign HD/CC winnowing pan series, S series is corresponding to the D series back height variation type bucket.

• Recommended minimum bucket is winnowing pan "C" + 25 mm size, can be adjusted according to request of lifting capacity winnowing pan installation spacing;

• Suggest hoist speed 2.5 meters/seconds or less, can improve the nose wheel diameter size, due to throw food Angle change and adjusted;

• Recommend using (Z-Y)+10% as usable capacity for engineering design.
