DH Series
The DH Series plastic buckets are specifically engineered for high-temperature drying elevator applications. Manufactured from thermally-stable engineering plastics (such as reinforced PP or heat-resistant PA66) through precision injection molding, these buckets feature an optimized structural design for continuous handling of high-moisture, high-temperature , and corrosive materials. They are widely implemented in grain drying systems, feed processing plants, and chemical material handling operations.
Superior Thermal Resistance
Utilizes advanced polymer formulations with heat stabilizers, maintaining structural integrity at sustained temperatures
Special glass fiber reinforcement available for extreme temperature applications
Comprehensive Material Compatibility
Acids/alkalis (pH 3-11)
Moisture absorption (<0.5% at 23°C/50%RH)
Organic solvents
Excellent resistance to:
Optional PTFE coating for enhanced non-stick properties
Engineered Durability
Reinforced rib design increases impact strength by 30% compared to standard buckets
Abrasion-resistant formulations extend service life 2-3x longer than conventional plastics
Advanced Material Flow Design
Patent-pending curved backplate minimizes material carryover
Low-friction surface finish (Ra <0.8μm) reduces buildup
Optional vibratory discharge assist for sticky materials
Operational Efficiency
65% weight reduction versus steel buckets
Precision-balanced design reduces vibration and energy consumption
Agricultural Processing
Continuous grain drying systems (corn, wheat, rice)
Oilseed processing (soybeans, canola)
Biomass handling (wood pellets, agricultural waste)
Industrial Drying Systems
Mineral processing (silica sand, clay)
Chemical drying (fertilizers, industrial salts)
Pharmaceutical material handling
Specialty Food Production
Dehydrated vegetable processing
Powdered dairy product handling
Instant food manufacturing
Renewable Energy
Biofuel production (algae, cellulosic materials)
Waste-to-energy plants
DH Series Drying Bucket(HDPE & NYLON)
• The bucket type is suitable for food processing industry of drying hoist, belongs to the high speed centrifugal unloading;
• Suggest hoist speed 3.5 meters/seconds or less, can improve the nose wheel diameter size, due to throw food Angle change and adjusted;
• Recommended "- Y (Z) + 10% volume as available capacity of the engineering design.
