CC Series
The CC-type elevator bucket is a heavy-duty agricultural deep-type bucket designed for high-capacity and high-efficiency material handling. It is made of polyethylene (PE) or reinforced nylon, offering a combination of wear resistance and lightweight properties.
The bucket features a unique sidewall design that optimizes structure to increase filling efficiency while allowing for a smaller bucket spacing, thereby improving the overall output of the elevator.
This series integrates North American standards with domestic elevator design characteristics, ensuring compatibility and interchangeability with international HD/CC-series buckets.
Special sidewall design enhances material loading efficiency, reducing spillage and waste.

CC Series Deep Type Bucket(HDPE & NYLON)
• CC also belong to overloading agricultural type deep winnowing pan series, its unique design side to improve the fill factor of bucket volume, at the same time can use smaller bucket is apart from the installation, can be appropriately increased production of elevator.
• According to north American prototype bucket of this series, also fully combining with the characteristics of domestic elevator design, can with foreign HD/CC series winnowing pan used interchangeably.
• Suggest hoist speed 2.5 meters/seconds or less, can improve the nose wheel diameter size, due to throw food Angle change and adjusted;
• Recommended "( Y-Z) + 10% volume as available capacity of the engineering design.
