PVC solid woven series
PVC elevator belt has solid woven carcass as the core put it into impreanated PVC paste resin to plastify under high temperature.it is fire resistance and anti-static solid woven elevator belt.
The carcass of PVC belt is solid woven type,which inter weaved by polyester and cotton Compared to the rubber elevator belt, it is uniformly stressed to ensure the strong elevating capability.No delaminating occurs under normal operating conditions. Flexibility allows for smoother running along the elevator pulley,keep a good running trail and not easy to off track.
Tight woven carcass after dipping in PVC paste resin have the excellent ability of elevating,at the same time have higher tear resistant performance,can also prevent the bolts pull-through easily, make reliable and secure fixing of the bucket to the belt.
PVC belt has better characteristics of resistance to oil and chemical soivent.wear resistance and anti-corrosion.

(1) High-Strength Integrated Core Structure
The belt core is constructed with multi-layer interwoven polyester filaments and cotton yarns, forming a unified woven structure. This eliminates the delamination or surface peeling issues common in traditional multi-layer rubber belts caused by uneven stress distribution across layers.
Ensures even force distribution, high linearity of the belt body, stable operation, and minimal deviation or collisions with elevator drums.
(2) Outstanding Physical Properties
Superior Tear Resistance: The plasticized and densified core structure delivers significantly enhanced tear resistance and anti-burst fiber performance compared to conventional layered cores.
