Product Description

Drop-forged chain is a high-strength transmission component manufactured through precision die-forging technology. Utilizing premium alloy steel as raw material, it undergoes a series of processes including heating, die pressing, and heat treatment. Compared to traditional cast or welded chains, drop-forged chains exhibit a denser metallic grain structure and superior mechanical properties, making them ideal for heavy-duty, high-speed, and high-precision industrial drive systems.


The production process employs computer-controlled forging equipment to ensure dimensional accuracy and consistency of each chain link. By adjusting die designs, the chains can be customized to meet varying load requirements and operational conditions.
